Vacant from February 2019 Teaching Support Assistants

3 x Teaching Support Assistants to work across the school. These roles will include working with specific pupils as well as general classroom responsibilities.

1 x Teaching Support Assistant Nursery

1 x Teaching Support Assistant Upper Key Stage 2

1 x Teaching Support Assistant Reception

Hours: 34 hours per week x 39 weeks per annum (term time only)

Actual Salary: Scale 3

Successful candidates will be strong team members, committed to making a real difference to children’s lives. You will be able to demonstrate high expectations and will be skilled in delivering a wide range of teaching styles and strategies which engage learners to be successful and achieve. Qualified to a minimum of GCSE level in Maths and English, you will have good ICT skills and a successful track record of working with SEND children. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are central to this role. A proven ability of delivering positive behaviour management skills and of working with ASD pupils is particularly desirable.
